Root Canals

RCT allows the patient to retain their teeth and alleviates the need for extractions and more costly tooth replacement procedures. Patients who have experienced recent trauma or severe decay may benefit from rct. Depending on severity, the procedure can be completed within 1-3 visits and, when combined with post and core placement, restores the missing tooth structure. As many root canal treated teeth may become brittle and discolored over time, a crown is typically recommended for reinforcement and aesthetics.
